Clear Answers for Developers and Facility Managers.
Everything you need to know about our fast-track delivery, direct factory pricing, and safety standards
Delivery, Logistics & Supply Chain
Yes. While our primary logistics hub and emergency response teams are based in Lagos, we manage equipment delivery, technical installation, and project oversight across all major commercial and residential hubs nationwide.
To give you an accurate technical specification and direct factory quote, we typically require:
Building purpose (residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial)
Number of floors / total travel height
Existing shaft/hoistway dimensions (width, depth, pit depth, overhead clearance)
Rated load capacity or passenger count requirement

Products, Equipment & Customization
We supply a complete suite of high-performance systems, including:
Passenger & Residential Elevators (MRL and Traction)
Luxury Home Elevators
Panoramic (Glass) Elevators
Hospital & Stretcher Elevators
Heavy-Duty Freight & Cargo Elevators
Commercial Escalators & Moving Walkways
Restaurant/Hotel Dumbwaiters

MRL elevators eliminate the need for a separate penthouse machine room above the hoistway. The gearless drive motor is installed directly inside the elevator shaft, saving valuable architectural floor space, reducing building construction costs, and lowering energy consumption by up to 30% using advanced VVVF frequency drives.
Absolutely. We offer a full materials and finishing suite. You can customize wall paneling (brushed steel, hairline gold, mirror finish, wood veneer, panoramic glass), floor surfaces (heavy-duty granite or anti-slip metal), ceilings, recessed LED lighting, and digital car operating panels (COP).
Yes. We maintain local inventory of OEM components, including control panels, VVVF drives, center/side opening landing doors, guide rails, traction sheaves, wire ropes, safety gears, and infrared door curtains for fast repairs and modernizations.
Safety, Compliance & Power Backup
All Arcoslift equipment and components are strictly manufactured and installed in accordance with international ISO safety standards and European EN 81 safety codes, incorporating multi-point safety gears, overspeed governors, emergency buffers, and fire-rated landing doors.
All our elevator systems are equipped with, or can be retrofitted with, an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and dedicated UPS power backup. During a mains grid failure, the ARD automatically engages, safely driving the elevator car to the nearest floor and opening the doors to allow passengers to exit immediately.
Before any project handover, our field engineers execute a rigorous Phase 4 Commissioning Protocol. This includes full-load weight stress testing, emergency brake verification, door safety sensor checks, speed calibration, and ride-smoothness leveling audits.
Services, Maintenance & SLAs
We provide full lifecycle operational management, including routine Preventive Maintenance, structured Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Reliable Technical Support, Corrective Repairs, and complete System Modernizations.
Comprehensive AMC: Covers routine maintenance inspections plus the cost of replacing major worn or faulty mechanical and electrical components.
Non-Comprehensive AMC: Covers routine maintenance inspections, adjustments, and emergency labor, while replacement spare parts are billed separately as needed.

Absolutely. Our engineering team provides standard CAD shaft drawings, structural reaction load data, and power specifications to your architectural and building teams to ensure seamless shaft integration before delivery.
We operate a dedicated Prompt and Reliable Emergency Dispatch team in Lagos. In the event of a critical failure or passenger entrapment, mobile field engineers are dispatched immediately upon receiving an alert through our emergency hotline or direct WhatsApp channel.
Yes. Our senior engineering team conducts site audits of third-party-installed lifts. Following a technical inspection of the shaft and control panel, we can either onboard the equipment into an Arcoslift Maintenance SLA or perform the necessary repairs and modernizations.
We perform precise preliminary laser measurements. Where shaft adjustments or minor structural tweaks are required, our project managers guide your construction crew or handle technical adjustments during the pre-installation phase.
Modernization involves upgrading aging lift infrastructure (10+ years old) without replacing the entire shaft structure. We retrofit old mechanical drives with energy-efficient VVVF systems, replace obsolete microprocessor controllers, update cabin interiors, upgrade door operators, and install modern safety devices.
Pricing, Guarantees & Client Onboarding
Because we bypass unnecessary showroom markups, middleman logistics overhead, and bloated distributor fees, we pass direct factory savings straight to property developers—delivering Tier 1 quality at direct factory value.
Yes. All new Arcoslift elevator installations come with an official manufacturer equipment warranty paired with our engineering workmanship guarantee when covered under an active service plan. You have a comprehensive 4 years equipment and components warranty, backed by our local engineering support team.
Yes. Upon project completion, our technical team conducts hands-on operational and safety training for your on-site facility personnel. This includes basic troubleshooting, daily operational checks, manual lowering procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Installation duration depends on the building floor count and hoistway readiness. However, standard low-to-mid-rise passenger lifts (2 to 8 stops) are typically installed, wired, tested, and commissioned within 30-40 days after shaft clearance, provided there aren't delays from the site.
Simply reach out via our website contact form, phone line, or WhatsApp. You can request an On-Site Technical Shaft Audit or submit your architectural blueprints to receive a full proposal and equipment quote within 24 hours.
Because vertical transportation equipment is tailored to each building’s structural specifications—such as floor count, load capacity, cabin finishes, and shaft dimensions—pricing varies per project. However, because we operate on a direct factory model, we eliminate middleman markups to provide OEM-grade systems at highly competitive market rates.
